Refunds

Basic refund and billing position for pilots, subscriptions, onboarding, and device-related arrangements.

Pilot arrangements

Any free, discounted, or paid pilot terms are agreed in writing with the customer before launch. Pilot fees, if any, are generally non-refundable once onboarding work has started unless agreed otherwise.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed according to the customer agreement or invoice. Refunds or credits may be considered where required by law or where we confirm a material service issue caused by Repute.

Onboarding and devices

Onboarding, setup, training, tablet, stand, delivery, and similar costs may be treated separately from software subscription fees and may be non-refundable once incurred.

Written confirmation

Any refund, credit, waiver, or cancellation must be confirmed in writing by AISH CAPITALS FZCO or an authorized Repute representative.
